Furnace Repair Contractors
Eli Nikolin started Product Air Heating in 2017, after years in the trade. What he saw in the industry didn’t sit right–pushy upsells, gimmicks, and companies more focused on profits than people. With a strong belief that there just had to be a better way to do things, he started out on his own.
Soon after, Eli’s brothers Robert and Sergey joined the mission. And together, the three brothers created a company where ethics aren’t optional, where every customer is treated like family, and where the work speaks for itself.
Raised in a family of 18 by parents with strong values, the Nikolin brothers learned early what it meant to work hard, treat others with respect, and always show up with honesty.
Those lessons didn’t just shape who they became. They shaped the company they built, one rooted in trust, care, and a genuine desire to help.
Giving back to our community isn’t a buzzword we throw around for good PR. It’s a key pillar of the business we’ve built, because we believe that real service extends far beyond the job site.
We are proud supporters of local youth athletics teams and charity events, and we always do our best to extend the most cost-effective options possible to families experiencing challenges.

COMMON FURNACE PROBLEMS
Are you experiencing issues with your furnace? You’re not alone! At Product Air, we understand the unique challenges that homeowners in Washington face when it comes to heating systems. Here are some of the most common furnace problems we encounter in the area:
- Clogged Air Filters: Everett’s climate can lead to dusty conditions, causing filters to clog quickly. Restricted airflow can strain your furnace, reducing efficiency and even causing it to overheat.
- Pilot Light or Ignition Problems: If your furnace’s pilot light frequently goes out or the ignition system fails, you may be left without heat when you need it most.
- Thermostat Issues: An inaccurate thermostat can lead to temperature discrepancies and discomfort. It’s essential to ensure your thermostat is calibrated correctly.
- Noisy Operation: Unusual noises such as banging, rattling, or squealing can be signs of worn-out or loose components within the furnace.
- Frequent Cycling: If your furnace turns on and off frequently, it could be due to thermostat issues, a clogged filter, or improper sizing.
- Uneven Heating: Inconsistent heating throughout your home may indicate ductwork problems, inadequate insulation, or a malfunctioning furnace.
- Lack of Heat: If your furnace isn’t producing heat at all, it could be due to a variety of issues, from a faulty pilot light to a malfunctioning gas valve.
- Carbon Monoxide Leaks: Given the cold winters in Washington State, it’s crucial to ensure your furnace isn’t leaking carbon monoxide, a potentially life-threatening issue. Install carbon monoxide detectors for added safety.
At Product Air Heating & Cooling, LLC, we have a team of experienced technicians ready to diagnose and resolve these common furnace problems.
